Thanks James. I also thought about the difference between the $10 million Ftel needs and the $5 million stake they are soliciting. I hope you are correct in thinking that they may have already acquired the first 5 and that this is for the remainder. Makes sense to me, and if the case, more positive than any other scenario I can come up with. Given the street's recent skepticism with Internet related IPO's I think a lot of what happens in the immediate future, particularly the results of the audit, are going to be fairly important. All my opinion only, of course. Regards, Bill
