Gene my understanding that p is not compatible with super s7. I doubt Intel would support it and without super s7 support p300 would not get close to k6-300. If intel would support super s7 then they would encourage m-board makers to continue with s7 and Intel would still not be able to get close to k6-3d while k6-3d+ and k7 would compete at higher end.
