It looks like Bad News for IMAT. They've changed auditors and the new auditors are raising questions. This usually leads to restatement of earnings.

SO. SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 1998-- Imatron Inc. (Nasdaq: IMAT - news) today said that because of unanticipated delays in the preparation of financial statements brought about by the change in independent auditors and in order to answer certain accounting issues raised as part of that process, the company has filed for an automatic fifteen day extension of time within which to file its annual report on Form 10-K.
