davedmg,the precipitous dive that you speak of VV nor any one could
have called unless they had insider knowledge.That fall had nothing
at all to do with any thing going wrong within ABII--they got whacked
because the announcement that they were going to try to takeover MetroMail was viewed as financially foolish--VV can not,nor any
computerized program,predict "out-of-the-blue"news.
BTW,ABII does still own a very large position in MetroMail,and
as such will profit from this merger of MetroMail and GUS.max90
