Chas, Historically, each of MU's myriad of anti-dumping charges have caused the stock to pop for a day or so. Betting that investors might actually be smart this time around is a mug's game for a short term trade. But the dumping benefit is always reversed, so don't overstay your welcome in this dog. MB
