Yesterday my wife and I went to the new HD in Appleton, Wi. (about 3 weeks old) and was so impressed I bought the stock today. I had looked at HD stock before but always held off because of high PE multiple. After yesterday's visit though, I came away with the feeling that this store was just going to kill Menards and the local Fleet Farm stores. Prices were very good and the huge store was extremely busy for a Monday afternoon. Financials on HD are attractive and future earnings look to be robust enough to earn the large multiple. This stock is now going to be one of my longterm buy and hold stocks and I'm very excited for its future. GO HD!!! Just my thoughts, Dan, Dan the stockman
