Burt,

You make some good points.

The way the company warned was quite okay with me.

Infact, there may not have been foul play in the pre announcement dumping. When mgmt warned about SEA, I came this close to selling the stock myself. I have seen companies precede earnings warnings with a little "nudge" like that. Perhaps the investors who dumped in the days prior to yesterday's warning were thinking like I did and actually acted on it. Also, as I mentioned before, a few of them may have been dumping their loosers to dress up the portfolio prior to the end of the quarter. Couple those two reasons and that could account for the high volume.

Usually, I would be the first one to average down. Best way to make money. However, I still do not like management's lack of regard for share holder value. In my experience when management is really concerned about share holder value, the stock performs much better. RSYS may see a technical rebound/short covering in the short term which is when I will get out. Great products, but I know my money will produce much better returns elsewhere. I like a stock that goes up and stays up instead of a yoyo.
