At the request of the VSE, Nortran confirms that it is currently in
negotiations with a multi-national pharmaceutical company with regards to a
possible collaboration or licencing agreement for some of its intellectual
property. However, there can be no assurance that any agreement will be
closed with this multinational or any other party with whom Nortran may
enter discussions.
