dave, why can't anybody sell their shares? my goodness, if e-trade will let you do it, then anybody s/b able to do it. my friend's broker said that he could only buy in 10k blocks. who can't trade? are 85% of the shares restricted???? boy, would that be a joke. walther better come through with more than 10 million shares. after all, that may be just 1 month's worth of consulting... anyway, let me e-mail you with a different perspective b/c i am very sure that no news will be out and i'd hate to see you sell for $0.25 if you don't need to... perhaps you can get a cheap airline ticket (tax deductible perhaps), fly to mr walther's office (perhaps with you attorney for a good show) and ask the guy to explain, on tape of course, what has happened over the past nine months... also, ask him about the wan and why the company no longer mentions the wan in press releases when they used to do it for every one. good luck i'll be in touch...
