really, what a pathetic scene this is, it seems this company's mgt deserves what it gets now but it is at the cost of all the shareholders. do you know anyone who is up? this NASDQ exchange is a joke for letting this go on in this manner as obviously the mgt can't do a thing at this point. where is the protection for the shareholders? the pfd holders are like thieves stealing from the common holders by destroying the price to almost zero, meanwhile this so-called security commission sits and watches. one thing to learn from this experience is maybe to stay out of this exchange forever. i think you are right, surrender and give them the keys....hedger
