Rick,

I really like this NR. It confirms that Nortran is in negotiations
with a multi-national phamaceutical company. The way the stock has
performed in the last two months, going from $1 to hitting new highs
of $2 today, I think this deal is very close to being signed.
I don't think it will be announced until after April 16/98, when the
new CEO takes over.

Is Nortran the next Forbes Meditech??
