Joanna, Don't feel too bad for your engineer friend. There is an excellent biography on Larson featured on the San Jose Mercury - Technology sector. www.sjmercury.com/business/center/larson032998.htm This is the best story I have read on Larson's profile. As you can see, Larson is a very demanding person, you gotta give all you can if you work under Larson. No wonder, NETA is so profitable and beats estimates every quarter. Larson has teams that go around after each acquisition and they will cut to the bone. That is why the mergers get completed so fast. However, there is only so much you can swallow. Regards, Cyclops
