IMO these are decent valuations we are seeing but no hurry to buy as there is quite a bit of time until we see real signs of recovery. I agree that IVAC seems to be a very well run company and that management is conservative. I was very favorably impressed with the write up regarding their style of full disclosure and have had the pleasure of meeting their management and was most impressed. I will be looking for a buy moment.
