Why would anyone cover? The existing price of KRY more than fully discounts a complete victory for KRY. Scotia's recent "News and Views" weekly did an NAV on KRY owning 100% of KRY. The value was around $4.50 CAD. If the upcoming admissions ruling is in KRY's favor then you will see the stock move up as the retail investor buys on the hype. They will unfortunately be disappointed once the reality of a two year court process begins to unfold. Of course, if you believe that some baseball games can skip from the first inning to the ninth, then maybe you also believe that the Court is about to rule on the merits of this case. Good luck.
