ATIS received a warning letter from the FDA. It looks like that action drove people out of ATIS and into ORTC. I am a little puzzled that ORG didn't benefit from this at all. In any case it is very possible that this stock may not stop moving till it hits the mid 20's. Wow!! Just two weeks ago it was at 14.
