Yes this stock will be delisted in less than a year. Get out while you have some pennies to buy some coffee. Let's face it when you drive a company with a stock price of $25 4 years ago down to $1 something is wrong with the management. It's not like modems are the only reason, just look at US Robotics in the same time span. Today's announcement was the most amazing thing I've ever seen a company do. These guys think they can start over with their track record to date and think people will hold for better times ahead. I knew the management was faulty but never thought they would dig their own grave. Lesson to be learned is 1 out of every 20 turnaround plays ever pays off. This is another clasic case of a company that 1 year from now will disappear and most people will never know. The only news going forward will be all the lawsuits and people trying to get out the last of the pennies out of this disaster story.
