Andrew Lanyi at Oppenheimer has been following APAC since it went public. Andrew does alot of research. He has been having his clients
reduce their position in APAC. I am completely out of it now. I think there are alot better ideas out there. He still is having me hold TTEC by the way. Another good idea in the same price range is ANIC. It may go back up to 20, I just don't like the inconsistency and unpredictability.
