DWSC has put it's cards on the table and filed with EDGAR it's S-1 form. Is their anyone who has viewed this document and has the knowledge of these fillings to comment on their content? Does this filling add a much need air of legitimatecy to this stock? As I read it, the numbers they are pretty impressive, in that they represent only a four month period of operation for their leasing business. They have almost doubled their fleet of cars for available lease since the end of 1997. Their business concept and position in the market would seam that they are poised for a major growth period. Are they headed for a major exchange? Is the normal acceptance period for an S-1 filling 20 days unless the form must be amended? The only missing part of the story is the lack of investment capital, any rumors about investment bankers?.......
