Terry I think you have answered your own question. Clive Johnson obviously believes that Arizona under $8.00 is a steal. When you combine this with the Analysts coming to the property and further drilling results he most definately feels that Arizona will fetch a much higher price and that means more money for Bema. That can be his only motive IMO.

Finally if this scenario is true then Arizona is "in play" that will attract alot of buyng interest and keep us shareholders happy.
