Thanks Ray,

I'm glad I dumped my shares at break even today -- after 3pm the stock wasn't looking very good -- It's hard to believe the number of shares outstanding now!! judging by the trading volume the past several days I'd have to estimate that about half that 110 million common shares hasn't been dumped yet by the preferreds -- unlimited dilution may just be starting
