Greta, You said: Now that she's in the nursing home, and I'm assuming that she's not expected to leave, she has to be very careful how she spends that money. When I put my dad in, I had to fill in all current financial info and the assets were to go to his care. But that was in Virginia. I do not understand. WHAT THE H@LL BUSINESS WAS IT OF THEIRS??? When you go to the Ritz Carlton Hotel you don't account to them for your finances, why is the hotel/residence an elder citizen goes into getting such info????? It is none of their business if he has $10,000,000 or he has $90,000,000 in his brokerage account!!! Please explain further... Colin
