I believe CIEN has great technology, BUT what is the real world time-phased demand profile for this technology? Objective market-demand analysis data must exist somewhere. Without it, informed investment decisions are not possible. As Craig Crawford suggests, "CIEN better come up with a good explanation for this". I too sincerely hope they can and will provide their shareholders with credible quantitative reassurance of their near-term and mid-term market potential.
