This is the third time that Corel announces a stock buyback plan in the last three years. None of the two others halted the slide.

If you are ready to be suckered back in, be my guest.

And no, I won't spare you from the CEO is a pathological optimist routine. I consider it an obligation to warn naive investors from the incompetence of management.
