For what it's worth...TC-2000 technicals on CPQ are starting to look like the stock is turning up. This is based on Balance of Power (BOP)
and Time Segmented Volume (TSV)...both of which have changed positively during the last week.

The last time CPQ had these "technicals" the stock price rallied from about 28 to 37 (post split).

Time will tell!
