Mike, maybe I'm missing something but I fail to see why you are so enamoured of ROIX. About 50% percent of their sales come from managed care and indemnity insurance. Since overwhelmingly people now have managed care, I assume that most of the insurance revenues are from managed care. That's not a comfortable place to be in today's market. Managed care is notorious for squeezing their providers.

In addition a report I just read, indicates that going forward internal growth should be 10-15%. That's nothing to write home about. But with managed care squeezing them, I'll believe that increase when I see it. The remainder of their growth will have to come from acquisitions, but there is nothing to indicate that management is capable of handling a large steady increase in acquistions.

I think that this is a stock better avoided than bought.
