I have to disagree with this. ASND is way behind interm of VOIP. First their NAS kernel is non-preemtive (Very tough to do QoS). Second, ASND has not sold a single VOIP NAS in North America market except in China which somthing that they sold but do not work.

Remember UUNET purchase anouncement! Two weeks after that ASND anoucnce BAD EARNING and stock when down to low 30. To prevent employee from leaving the company, Mory reprice the option. Matter of fact the employee still leaving the company because they did not like Mory trick of selling his tock and leave stock holder and ASND's employee empty. So Mory reprice the stock option again (twice in one month)

ASND use to be the only player in ISP RAS market. Now you have CSCO, LU,... you name it. Mory see that and he sold his stock. I believe He is playing the same game again.

ASND has to be very lucky to make the number this quater. They can sell their equipment dirt chip or rely on CSCC sell to make the number. So if you do not know the detail of the deal don't jump the gun and get hurt!

Here is my prediction next 2 months.
ASND will be in the low 20's






If you're hopping that some body will by ASND. I doubt it. LU and CSCO they all have better equipment and gaining market share on ASND every quater
