Volume light post-announcement(s) because (1) not many are watching the stock and (2) these announcements don't contain exciting amounts or developments (ie the market as thin as it is expects revenue announcements like St Louis, Houston etc).

When Cycomm announced the deal it did with AT&T some years ago the stock went from $4 to $6+ in one hit. The reason being this announcement indicated a major development for the company. This is similar to the XL Computing announcement a couple of years ago.

It is unfortunate that these city contracts as announced don't really give the real picture of what these first orders represent...that is that each city will buy 120 to 150 PC Mobiles to start with and order probably 800+ more over next couple of years and that in the next few years they will replace these with the next versions of PC Mobile and so on. These follow-up orders are not news and just turn up in quarterly revenues. Each city announcement represents PC Mobile getting into a long term relationship with very valuable customers but unfortunately this can't be announced because the contracts for the whole term of the relationship are not completed.

Still need some analysts looking at the company and if not a stock promo then at least the company mentioned in a few investment newsletters.

You are right about the stock catching up with the value eventually. I don't think there is any worse experience than selling out of a stock after waiting for a long time only to see others get rewarded. I too have been through this experience and as you would agree it never leaves you.

I wonder if the Houston announcement can't move the stock then where is it going over the next few weeks.
