I read the ADRX release and said to myself... why would ADRX go out of their way to prove MDIX case. People say stupid things all the time, but why would ADRX say something like this in writing. Every quote from ADRX is worth 2 hours of carefully worded questions in a deposition. And why did both the Chairman and the President comment? It reminds me of the day that ADRX said they were going to comment publicly on the MDIX claims after already sending out 4 press releases. These guys are awful with spin control.
