does not mean "less than honest". Saying that you don't believe someone does not make them less than honest. People who are "less than honest" usually end up in court, like aScenteeo. When they are convicted we perceive they are dishonest. Some totally backward thinker (used lightly) insist that we just "perceive dishonesty".

You are doing quite the number on your credibility Barb, if you ever had any here, I would be "less than honest" if I didn't tell you we have "perceived dishonesty" and you are noncredible.
