I was reading a small article today about the fact that irradiation of meat to kill bacteria also produces free radicals in the meat. Free radicals in the body (which can supposedly be slowed/prevented by taking antioxidants) speed aging and may cause cancer. Has this been discussed here? Is this a concern of the company? Is this a wide-spread concern or only held by a small population? Thanks for the insight!
