Winning Brazil-Korea cell group to invest $500 mln BRASILIA, March 31 (Reuters) - The Brazilian-Korean consortium which Tuesday won a concession to provide cellular services in Rio de Janeiro and Espirito Santo states plans to invest $500 million over the next three years, officials said. <snip> The consortium bid 1.508 billion reais ($1.33 billion), or more than three times the asking price of 500 million reais, to pick up the 15-year concession.
