Robert: I don't believe that the good news has evaporated. It just hasn't sunk in yet. Eutro is an investment to some and a quick buck to others. Unfortunately there seems to be more playing Eutro for a quick buck; daytraders,momentum, and our friends the sleezy MM players, and others. There is nothing on God's Green Earth that is going to stop these sleezy souls from doing what they are doing. If or should I say when Eutro retires the 50M and eventually the 28M, and keeps doing what they have been doing...getting contracts and new business the share price will reflect it.
