3COM announces two new products
Termed "Cisco Killer" and "Ascend Killer" by analysts

3COM Corporation (NASDAQ:COMS) announced today two new products in
conjunction with Analog Devices Incorporated (NYSE: ADI); a backbone
on a chip product and an ISP (Internet Service Provider) on a chip
product.

Using the new atomic chip making process from Analog Devices, 4,000
chips/wafer have been laboratory produced at a greatly reduced price.
