Dal, Where is the 10-K????? Looks like we're late again. It is now midnight EST, 6 1/2 hours past the reporting deadline. While shareholders in most other companies have gotten the news about their companies (good, bad or indifferent), XECM shareholder are left in the dark. XECM is not a multi-billion dollar conglomerate. The 10-K should have been produced in February or even late January. Who's running the show!!!?? TJS
