My understanding is that Draco Group is a substantial financial group and already a significant shareholder of Ikar. That being the case it makes no sense why they would want the price lower. Wouldn't that affect their overall position. I also understand that a moving convertible debenture enables an investor to exercise their debenture at anytime, generally at a discount to the current market price at that specific time. This being the case and being that the investor is already a significant investor, it would seem to me that at any price, it would still be advantageous.
