Afraid I don't fit the criteria of an "accredited" investor(give me a few more years<g>). Fortunately anybody who wants to can invest at the same price by buying shares on the open market. I wonder if they would send me the info package anyway? I'll email them and give it a shot. An offering of only 165 000 means not much added to the float, I like that. Does anyone know the total number of outstanding shares? Justin Curran.
