John, John ... John ... John Read the footnotes. NONE of these shares exist ! Notice the word Issuable in each footnote. Of all the shares listed .... I think less than 100K are actually outstanding. These show up in all the financials filed also. SKB did NOT buy the Blair warrants..... they have their own as part of the alliance agreement. Mike
