Sales and marketing is what the company needs right now. If Walthers is clean and really has 20 or so years of marketing experience than the rest should be a piece of cake. It's a lot harder to find someone with good marketing skills than someone with good financial insight. You arrange a price for manufacturing, you market the product, you manufacture the product, you deliver and get paid. If you have any questions, you bring in a consultant for financial advise. SOE shouldn't have too many questions and the price is reasonable. If someone would like to take over SOE that has some great experience, that would be a big plus! The most important item for SOE is contacts and the ability to get the product demo in the door FAST! Oh yah, it needs to work! Any comments about my previous mention of bankruptcy? I find it hard to believe NO ONE has anything to say? Aloha
