The satellites are there, just no gateways Brian--except, of course, for the poles. The lack of an Indonesian gateway surprises me, but there is probably a Suharto family member running a VSAT telephone service--that makes sense. It would appear to be an ideal spot for G*. PSN's ACeS is set for this area--I would guess there are political reasons for the gateway absence.
