Why would anyone pay more?>> Shareholders would have to come up with a turnaround plan, which would obviously have to include throwing management out on its ass. It's been done before, but it certainly is not easy. I hope current shareholders that are suffering losses will be able to muster up the energy to get up off of their butts and fight back. After all - this is a co. that actually had the gall to enforce its poison pill, while shareholders' resources were pissed away.
