Hey Justin. I've been away for a little while, but I've got some info on the shares outstanding. Go to this web site: 1stnetmall.com and click on corporate capitalization and it will tell you every thing about shares outstanding, how many are held within the directors, ect... I'm not sure how often this info has been updated but it seems fairly accurate to me. Does anyone have any good insights as to the future stock price of Spacedev??? Is anyone here currently a share holder??? Or thinks there is a certain good time to become one??? Brian
