Allen,

I would be interested in your thoughts on Integrated System's Q4 earnings and conference call. Looked like they made their numbers, but gross margins on the product side fell dramatically. The unfortunate thing is that it is hard to tell what part of their numbers came from pRISM/pSOS and what came from Matrix.

In the conference call, St. Charles was very enthusiastic about the future, but seemed to try and confuse people when talking about design wins, the reason why margins were low, and INTS' relationship with HP and Microsoft.

Personally, I was pleased to see them make their numbers and view it as a sign that growth in the RTOS market might be accelerating.

Regards,
Jason
