First post to this forum. Have been following the discussion in
StockHouse on this topic and have found it to be intelligent.
Have been following here as well, and have seen a mixture of
intelligent discussion and hysteria / name calling. An absence of
news can tend to bring out hysteria in any group, but let's step
back for a second and take a look at the facts.

The company called a VOLUNTARY halt. This is crucial. It was
NOT imposed by the Securities Commission. Many have asked why our
company Directors would do that. Figure it out. There are situations
in which the regulators do not permit an announcement. I can think
of more than one objective stated in the roadshow (one especially)
where this would apply.

Logic seems to indicate that we are in a transitional phase to an entity that will better suit our objectives. We cannot achieve this transition without stopping to shift gears, as it were. The Cdn. OTC BB was treating us very badly. We were being exposed to short sellers who could operate invisibly in that environment, without being held to account. We haven't known the identity of the trading houses, or even accurate intra-day bid-ask, etc. The Directors may have decided it would be best to put an end to this during any transitional period, such as we may be experiencing right now.

As tough as patience may be, the voluntary aspect of this halt leads to one conclusion only: something good is in the works, likely a transition to a more suitable vehicle. Undoubtedly an announcement will not be long in coming.
