Paul: The institutions have already bought. They own somewhere in the mid 60's % of the stock. As I have said before, this leaves little room for further percentage purchases (although it apparently went to 76% for a short period in the recent run-up). As I have also noted before, the number of institutions holding is 3 to 1 less than in the case of CSCO. This suggests that among those holding BAY there are some with unusually large percentage holdings. So what we want is news/events which will cause a net gain in institutional ownership of, perhaps 5%, a churning of institutional holders so that the number of institutions holding increases and the enthusiastic participation of the public.

The earnings may be better than the warning suggested, the conference call should be positive, information about new products, about an acquisition and, as you said, some proving of the House thesis that if the demo models could have been tested quicker then sales would have arrived quicker.
