For the 3 months ended 3/96, revenue rose 6% to $2.4M. Net income totalled $112K, up from $56K. Revenues reflect the contract providing staffing and home care services within communities serviced by the Company. Earnings reflect cost reduction programs and lower recruiting, travel and labor costs. *Earnings Announcement: For the quarter ended JUN 1996, revenues were 2,256; after tax earnings were 16.
