Lone Wolf IMO Ira has to release the audited financials to the investment community and close the Myriad deal. What they will see and not us is the combined new firm and its earnings potential (boy would I love to see that). I personally expect some good and bad in the financials. I believe the bad news is that $.06 - $.09 of EPS will be from non-recurring sources. The good news IMO, once this disappointment has set in, is that they number one were profitable and two they should show a healthy balance sheet. Momentum players generally won't even go to the table if there aren't some solid fundamentals and if Ira can bring them to the party look out. CJ
