Clare and all,

I think Craig was honest with us when he said that he would be better
able to execute the new strategy. He said that changes in the networking business came lighting fast. While Don was a competent executive, he was in an industry that didn't have to move at the same speed.

Also, Craig owns 13% of the company. If you owned that much stock and you had watched the stock go from the 40's to the low teens, wouldn't you be ready to take the reins back? I don't think there is any mystery here.

Craig knows how to make decisions in this industry. He was given a fresh perspective by Don. Now they much execute the plan. Who better than Craig?! He is younger and knows the business a lot better.

I think this is the best for investors because Craig's 13% is aligned with shareholder's interests. He will do everything he can to get that stock up.
