Gull: As I said, "so what...?" -- As the report says ..."it is premature to speculate about exactly how or when such rationalisation could happen...." Or, it may not happen. Pure speculation.

What kind of comment do you expect on the change of 'upper management'? Lets focus on the work at hand -- that is extracting and processing diamonds! Lets not interfere with the internal affairs of another company.
