Jim Kay, I think your portrayal is pretty close to correct, except I believe it is going to take more like 6 months for them to be delisted. There is a grace period, something like 90 days, then they can file an objection to the delisting, which gets them an additional 90 days I believe. I do believe the delisting will happen, it will just take a little longer than months end. I also think you are correct in that in the long run they will be okay. Jim J
