Jeff--

The SOES Bandits take advantage of the NASD's Small Order Execution System: this stuff can be done VERY fast. They work as a group: decide that a stock should go up or down and so they buy it or sell it in a cascade of orders in the space of a couple of minutes. A 1000 shares at a time. Believe me, it can wreak havoc. Have a look at recent press releases from OCCF. The management (naive but ever entertainting) suspects manipulation on the part of the dreaded MMs. They may have played their part, but my take on trading in the stock just now is that it's Bandits' heaven. To be perfectly honest, I'm not at all sure whether IOMG's a good Bandit canditate at the moment, but we should be alert.
